I question your restrictions in:

These criteria are spring from our human views and IMO 'nature' (or whatever
you like to call 'everything') has the right to implement ideas, qualia,
processes (if I may restrict the subjects to those we can think of - ha-ha)
way beyond our measures of any allowability, coherence or description.

Well: IMO possible is possible, not just OK to 'our' rules.
