Many of us have come up with somewhat similar ideas. I think the hard part
is to formalize and justify them (in this case for example defining
exactly what "the most" means and justify why we should use that
definition), and in the process work out any holes or inconsistencies.

You might get a better response if you concentrate on one idea at a time,
and explain how your idea differs from other people's and what advantages
it has.
