Perhaps I should have added, less pessimistically, that the simplicty
requirement itself could conceivably lead to in-principle verifiable
predictions (eg that we are almost certainly in the simplest possible
universe containing properly self-aware structures (Yes, I know that idea
itself leads to all sorts of reference class considerations)). These kinds
of predictions may not distinguish certain different candidate measure
bases, but if fulfilled would boost the credibility of AUH ideas generally.
