Examining the archives before posting on a topic has become truly difficult
so I venture the following question not knowing if it was discussed before.

How does prediction or examination or information processing etc. i.e. the
supposed actions of an "observer" have anything to do with the measure or
evolution of universes?

One can not it would seem examine the next state from the current one, nor
examine the prior state from the current one, nor examine the current state
from the current state.

A random base will produce sets of reasonably consistent state sequences.

The question I see is what if anything transports along such a sequence?
