I think that MWI + decoherence = Copenhagen Interpretation.
Now, if you remove decoherence, for sure things are different
(unless you also remove the projection postulate from the
Copenhagen interpretation).
But if you remove decoherence from the "multiverse", there are
still two different possibilities:
1. many worlds do not interfere, so it seems difficult to
check some effect;
2. many worlds do interfere, and you can test something,
in principle (like in the two slit experiment?). Hmmm
