Why? If your brain were replaced by a digital one, you would still be the
same person. If I made a digital version of you and let the biological
version of you live on, then there would be a 50% chance you would end up as
the digital person.

Now there is a finite probability (according to ordinary quantum mechanics)
that a cloud of Hydrogen would tunnel into a computer simulating you living
in a world where you are guaranteed to win the lottery. You thus have a copy
living in this world. You can't tell if you live in the simulation or in the
real world. After the use of the suicide machine your measure in the
simulation increases relatively to your measure in the real world.
