Glad you asked. I wrote a whole book on this subject but couldn't find a
publisher (I was probably too far out and my name is not Descartes :-).
I'll eventually put it on the web when I have enough spare time from my
regular work. This list provides archives you can consult, in which I
explain my ideas.
