    Here, you use theory to hypothesize the existance
of other "past" thoughts based on the contents of your
memory banks.

    Although, how do you even know you weren't
consciously thinking about it? All you know is, the
part of your brain that directly interacts with the
outside world doesn't remember it. Perhaps other
parts have observer-moments of their own.
