Nice way to put the things. In the comp framework this becomes:

principle applied to UD*. And the rest is computationalist indeterminism.

where:
UD* = the splashed universal turing machine = the work of the great
programmer = the work of the counting algorithm.


Why UD* and not the whole mathematics like Tegmark?

Because there is no meaning in the expression "whole mathematics". All
mathematicians who have try to defined it eventually realise that. This
is linked to the fact that there is no absolute notion of proof.
But there is an absolute notion of computability (Church Thesis), and the
Universal Dovetailing algorithm (UD) has a perfectly well defined
tree-like extension (UD*).
