I could give you the same kind of response I gave Chris, but I
don't see any profit in that for either of us. If it'll make you feel
better, take my comments about Chris and feel free to substitute your own

Actually there were two main reasons for the difference: one,
there are enough other people here who disagree with you that I don't have
to bear the burden. Two, QS is dangerous and so opposition to that is
more important.
There are thousands of crackpot ideas and I have done much more
than my fair share of arguing against them. For example that Bell's
theorem guy now believes that the expectation value of a positive definite
function can be negative. From now on I think I'm instituiting a new
policy. Any new crackpot that wants to argue with me must forward me a
$1000 cash advance to cover my investment of time for one year's worth of
argument. A standard grandfather clause exempts existing opponents for
the rest of '99. Sorry Devin but you can't get the exemption.
