[admin] large files

Please do not send large files through this mailing list. I'm running it
from my personal ISP account, and it is not equiped to deal with
distribution of large files. Also I'm going to have to delete the .bmp
file Jacques Bailhache sent from the list archive because it is making me
exceed my disk quota.

Please, if you need to distribute a large file, put it up on a web site
and just send the URL.
